A rare opportunity to see Buñuel’s famous Un Chien Andalou with live score, alongside a series of other short dadaist films by artists including Luis Buñuel and Salvador Dalí, Hans Richter, Marcel Duchamp, and Man Ray.
The Music
Juliana Day has performed for Northern Silents several times, and she specialises in recorders, whistles, and electronics. Alcyona Mick makes her Northern Silents debut—Alcyona is a jazz pianist and composer and a graduate of the National Film and Television School’s film composing course.
